Professional Teeth Whitening is the second on-line teeth whitening service I have tried. I won't need to sample a third. In short, PTW provides an excellent service. PTW has an excellent gel selection. I find the website very easy to navigate with a useful straight-forward interface. Browsing is made easier through the ability to click on the pictures. Both the on-line and telephone based customer service was fantastic. I have made several on-line queries, all receiving attention / responses within 48 hours. All questions were answered (often customer service will answer immediately most but not all), and responses were well written and formatted. Similarly, I found telephone support to be friendly, helpful and concise. Delivery has been reliable. Thank you for providing a great service.

I don't go to the dentist and rarely purchase teeth whiteners as it's a hassle to get to the store to purchase them, not to mention time-consuming to use them for hours or to leave them in overnight. Now I can bleach whenever I have a spare moment from the comfort of my desk and get refills delivered right to my door - aah. I walk past a post box every day so returning the trays was a breeze! Plus I get a lifetime replacement on the trays - fantastic!
